Laura Money

Laura is a passionate advisor and an award-winning professional in tax and estate planning. In 2024 she became President of Monarch Financial, succeeding our founder Mark Coutts.

Laura joined Monarch Financial in 2013 and quickly became an essential contact for Clients with comprehensive planning needs.

Laura has developed a loyal following of senior professionals and high-net-worth Clients. She holds multiple investment and insurance designations, and is the recipient of the John A. Tory Award as the top CLU graduate in Canada.

Laura holds a double major in Environmental and Equity Studies from the University of Toronto. She is currently active with the Canadian Association of Life Underwriters. Outside the office, Laura and her husband Jason are dedicated parents to an energetic brood of three young children. They enjoy down time at their lakeside cottage in Haliburton.
